Trash Pickup Day and Other Important Information

Trash pickup is every Wednesday and Saturday. Roll out on Tuesday and Fri night as sometimes they pickup very early in the a.m.

The code to lock & unlock the door from the pool to the garage is 8503. It is simpler to leave the house through this door than the front door!

There is a hand shovel connected to a Shibumi. It will aid in putting up the Shibumi:)

There is an extra ice maker in the garage. It is on the far right side by the 3rd garage door.

The upstairs dryer makes a horrific noise! It works but it is very noisy! We are working on replacing it soon!

Please clean the vents to both dryers after each load! They dry more efficiently when the filters are not clogged with lint.

There is a standard step stool in the garage, and an electric blower for blowing out sand, etc.

If you find yourself in need of a 10 ft ladder, a Shopvac, or power tools, please ask Dunes to ask me for the magic code.

Please refrain from locking the door from the Master upstairs bedroom to the deck. I almost locked myself out once, without my cell phone on hand, when I was the only person at the house!
